  2. How do you feel now?
  3. Teach someone else in your home about 4-7-8 breathing.

Instructions:

 

  1. Watch the video
  2. Find a quiet space. Get in your mindful body-closed eyes and sitting comfortably in a quiet area.
  3. Now try 4-7-8 breathing for 1 minute. Try it again for 2 minutes.
  4. How do you feel now?
  5. Teach someone else in your home about 4-7-8 breathing.
  6. Think of a stressful time you have had and next time, use 4-7-8.
